PRE-ORDERS
As of the moment, all our swimsuits are on a pre-order basis (unless there are extra stocks on-hand). Rest assured, your order/s will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days after payment.
Our weekly cut-off is every Friday.
MIXED SIZING
You can opt to order different sizes for your top and bottom! Just follow the instructions on our shop tab.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
1. If we have your order/s on hand, we can ship as early as the day after payment.
**Note: Shipments are from Saturday-Monday only.
2. If we need to pre-order, our weekly cut-off is every Friday! It will then take 5-7 working days after that Friday.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments thru Paypal or PayMongo (credit or debit card) and bank deposit or online transfer. For the latter method, please send a photo of your deposit slip to shakaaswim@gmail.com and we will confirm receipt once received.
SHIPPING - NATIONWIDE (PHILIPPINES)
Our main courier is Fifth Express for Metro Manila and Abest Express for other provincial areas. Tracking numbers will be sent immediately via email after your order has been shipped.
1. Within Metro Manila: 1-3 working days. Fee: Php 90
2. Outside Metro Manila: 2-5 working days. Fee: Php 150
For rush orders, we offer Grab Express or Lalamove within Metro Manila and LBC Express outside Metro Manila. However, shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
SHIPPING - WORLDWIDE
We now ship WORLDWIDE via LBC Express at a fixed rate! You may find more details regarding this during check-out.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Shaka Swimwear does NOT accept returns for hygienic purposes. All swimsuits are also checked for quality and damages before being shipped to the buyer.
We also do NOT accept cancellations after payment has been made.
